Through elaborate photo essays and accompanying interviews with producers, readers are informed about the best local products available in Belgium. Le Duc’s photography presents warm atmospheric images in a storyline from raw material to finished product. The visibility of hands in the photographs emphasises artisanal, small-scale production. Sustainability is the common thread throughout this project.
